The AI Impact Summit 2026 saw top technology industry leaders advise professionals to embrace AI tools and adapt to emerging technologies to remain relevant and secure in the evolving job market. They emphasized that while AI will replace some roles, it will also create new opportunities, making lifelong learning essential. Industry leaders cited examples of how AI has increased productivity in various sectors and highlighted the need for workers to upskill and reskill to remain employable.
Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Founder, Info Edge, recommended that youngsters learn useful AI tools and set a personal target of learning how to use three AI platforms within the next three months. Sateesh Seetharamiah, CEO EdgeVerve, emphasized the importance of 'life-long learning ability' to tide over the AI wave. Vineet Nayar, Founder Chairman Sampark, said that while 50% of current jobs will go due to AI, 50% more jobs will also be created, which would need skilled manpower to handle AI.
