GoI ने NESDA वे फॉरवर्ड मासिक रिपोर्ट- दिसंबर 2025 जारी की

The 32nd edition of the National Electronic (e)-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA) - We Forward Monthly Report for December 2025 has been released by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (MoPPG&P), Government of India (GoI).

The report covers the progress made till December 2025 and highlights the achievements and challenges in the implementation of e-governance services in the country.

• Total e-services provided by states and UTs: 24,090
• Largest share: 8,656 services (Local Governance and Utility Services sector)
• Integrated Service Portal: 22 states and UTs (100% services), 4 states and UTs (90% services)
• Best Practices: NDLI and CGHS
• Parameters: AAKLAN assessment parameters

The report provides insights into the progress made by states and UTs in implementing e-governance services, including services such as licenses, certificates, payments, utility services, etc. The report also highlights the best practices in e-governance, including the use of digital platforms for public service delivery.

The report is based on data uploaded on the NeSDA - We Forward dashboard and provides a comprehensive overview of the progress made in e-governance services in the country.
