Indian Navy opens Agniveer recruitment 2026 for SSR, MR and medical posts; applications from March 14

The Indian Navy has announced the Agniveer Recruitment 2026 under the Agnipath scheme. The recruitment drive includes vacancies for Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR), Matric Recruit (MR), and medical branch posts.

According to the official notification, the online application process will begin on March 14, 2026 and will continue until April 6, 2026. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website joinindiannavy.gov.in.

The Agniveer recruitment programme provides young candidates with an opportunity to serve in the Indian Armed Forces for a fixed period under the Agnipath scheme. Selected candidates will undergo training and will be deployed in various naval units based on the requirements of the service.
